Dermatology Services Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our clinic for your skincare needs. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: 1. Appointments - All dermatology services are available by appointment . - Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person at the clinic. - To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Confirmation & Reminders - You will receive a confirmation message upon booking. - A reminder will be sent via SMS or email 24 hours prior to your appointment. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling - We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 4. Late Arrivals - Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. - Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. 5. Consultation Fees - A consultation fee of 50SAR may apply for new patients, deductible from any treatment booked within the same visit. - Some promotional sessions or packages are non-refundable once confirmed. 6. Payments - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Tabby Payments. - Full payment is required at the time of the appointment. 7. Health Disclosure - Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments during the consultation. - This ensures your safety and helps us customize your care plan appropriately. 8. Children & Guests For safety and comfort, we kindly request that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment unless necessary.
